Dear Sirs,

On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to send you the following comments regarding the service we received on Saturday, May 30th.

Upon visiting my brother-in-law's trailer in Apache Junction, we found that his air conditioning unit was not working and the temperature in the home had already reached 95 degrees by mid day. He is mentally disabled so he cannot fend for himself, so it was fortunate that we stopped by that day.

It was going to be difficult to find a repairman by that time, 2:30 PM on a Saturday, but fortunately my sister-in-law, also located in Apache Junction, had recently had some work done on her air conditioning unit and gave us your company's phone number. We called and were told that a repairman would arrive between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM that afternoon.

Having had cable installed, we were skeptical that anyone would show up before 5:00 PM. However, at exactly 3:30 PM someone did arrive at the trailer, ready to start working on the a/c unit.

The repairman from AC Doctors, LLC was great. Doug Davis went right to work, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to us in detail what needed to be done, and started working on the repair immediately. This was especially important to us because we were flying back to Los Angeles the next day and needed to complete the repair Saturday.

Doug was terrific! He made sure that we understood the problem, gave us the opportunity to decide what we wanted done, advised the costs involved, and finished the work promptly.

Lastly we were really impressed that the charge for an emergency on a Saturday afternoon was not excessive. Certainly a company in LA would have taken advantage of that opportunity, while Doug and A/C Doctors, LLC did not. His charge was reasonable.Being a business owner, I know that this philosophy begins at the top, either through training of encouragement.
